Smoothies in a Muffin Pan

Ok, so this may not be a novel idea, but I'll admit, I've never seen this done before or had the brillance to think it up myself. I love making smoothies for breakfast, but it's super tedious even with washed and pre-cut veggies. The folks over at Shoestringmag.com (which you should all check out if you haven't already)  have posted a great article with there own take on making smoothies in muffin tins from Muffin Tin Mania.
